1. Introduction

The Sd-b automatic constant tension controller is mainly composed of tension sensors, high-precision/D, D/A converters and high-performance microcontrollers. This automatic tension controller can be used to compare the tension measured by the tension sensor with the set target tension and automatically adjust the D/A output using a microcontroller PID to change the excitation current of the magnetic powder clutch or brake to achieve constant tension during retracting and unwinding. It can be widely used in various situations where precise measurement and control of tension is required, and can be flexible and widely applicable.
The Sd-c automatic constant tension controller is designed for printing presses. It has two outputs, which can provide pre-start automatic axis change for dual-position winding of the printer, and also has output functions for automatic pickup and cutting.
